Discovery Process

Our first XB customers want us to document and replicate and structure to the discovery process by which we built xigi and implement it in their new markets group. so figuring out how I use email, wiki's, deli, the brain and xigi etc. and turning that all into a piece of software is the goal.
the brain is for early conceptualization.
wiki's are great for quickly putting things in. they take a ton of work to turn into some kind of hierarchy with a lot of workarounds so you can find your way to particular topics and they don't do linear process; they capture documents at particular points in disconnected time.
emailing a wiki is helpful for archiving discussions in a neutral place. We need to do that and highlight. capturing emails on the web for a group is great function.
I want a group that agrees on deli tags as they explore things. Visualization of the group's deli tags as clouds and other things that already exist would be useful.
