We're looking into screencasting software, like this from shiny white box. When words alone are not enough. Rapid, iterative and intuitive visualization and mapping is what we need to be able to do. the twitter of mapping. just announce state but leave enough of a footprint that you can find the thread easily and use it when you want it.
