Process vs. product

i'm going to be writing about the XB product and business over at the XB blog. and keep this one for the discovery process and visualization. i think. i've already set up a way to blog to this blog from flickr. i don't know if i will need that for the xb blog. i will do it when i need it. seeing when i need it or if i don't, what lends itself in a product discussion to visualization and what lends itself to text and links and recapturing the essence of emails, is going to be interesting in itself. this should be a highly conscious process, and highly self aware process. that's the story of the software. this blog is the story of the software as human process. that blog is the story of the company and the software as something selling a product that makes money for you while you are asleep.
